‎It was a crisp Saturday morning when I stumbled upon the audiobook "Your Unique Path to Wealth" by Eric John Campbell. I was driving down a winding road, sunlight filtering through the trees, casting playful shadows on the pavement. With curiosity bubbling inside me, I clicked on the audiobook after a casual recommendation from a friend who often shared intriguing financial insights. As the first words of Eric’s voice started to fill the car, I was instantly captivated. His tone was warm yet invigorating, echoing with passion and sincerity, drawing me into a world where wealth wasn’t merely about money but a journey of self-discovery.

‎The way he articulated his thoughts resonated deeply with me. It was as if he weren't just speaking from a script; he was sharing a part of his own life—a mentor whispering secrets garnered over years of experience. The timbre of his voice infused every lesson with vitality and significance, ensuring that I didn’t just hear the words but felt them reverberate in my own ambitions and insecurities. By the time I reached my destination, I was not only eager to continue listening but also inspired to embrace the concepts he shared.

‎7 powerful lessons that emerged as I journeyed through this transformational audiobook:

‎1. Wealth Begins with Self-Awareness. Eric emphasizes that understanding oneself is the first crucial step toward wealth. He suggests that we each have unique talents, values, and dreams. One segment particularly struck me; he encouraged listeners to reflect on their passions, revealing that true wealth aligns with who you are at your core.

‎2. Cultivating a Growth Mindset. Throughout the audiobook, Eric highlights the importance of a growth mindset—the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed. He shared stories of entrepreneurs who faced setbacks but viewed them as learning experiences. His anecdotes were powerful reminders that failures shouldn’t deter us. Instead, they can be stepping stones to greatness.

‎3. Building a Supportive Network. One of the most impactful lessons revolved around the significance of a supportive network. Eric illustrated how connections can open doors and provide invaluable guidance. He urged listeners to surround themselves with those who uplift and inspire, reinforcing the idea that wealth is often a collective journey rather than a solitary climb.

‎4. The Power of Financial Literacy. Eric dedicates a substantial portion of the audiobook to financial literacy, demystifying complex terms and concepts that often intimidate newcomers. His straightforward approach made me realize how essential it is to be educated about money management and investments.

‎5. Accepting Risks Wisely. Risk is an inevitable part of wealth creation. Eric passionately shares that embracing calculated risks can lead to extraordinary rewards. He candidly discusses his own experiences with risk-taking, building a narrative that balances caution with courage. This lesson resonated with the resolutions I need to make in my life, encouraging me to evaluate areas where I were playing it too safe.

‎6. Consistency Over Perfection. In a world that often glorifies perfection, Eric encourages consistency instead. His philosophy revolves around taking small, consistent actions that lead to significant results over time. I felt a weight lift as he articulated this essential truth; it’s liberating to know that embarking on the journey, even imperfectly, is what truly counts.

‎7. Giving Back to Grow Wealth. Eric emphasizes the profound impact of giving back. He narrates heartfelt stories of how those who contribute to their communities often attract more wealth in return. This notion challenged my own beliefs, igniting a sense of gratitude and responsibility.

When a kid is bored... let them regulate their emotions. Let them think what to do. 👦 👧

A parent should not supply anything at once for the kids to be entertained. We can supply the things (books, toys, etc) on the side, but let the kids decide on how to manage their boredom. 👩‍👦

Q : When should you teach your kids how to cook? 👩‍🍳

A : Anytime! 👧 👦

It can be fun and rewarding to get kids of any age involved in the kitchen... with patience of course. 😊

You may start with simple dishes like porridge (plain or champorado) and egg or ham sandwiches. Better yet making it simple, a scrambled eggs on toast. 😋

And of course, be generous with the praise after the cooking. 🥰
