2017- nakuha ang susi. bare type.
2017 - nagpa tiles, pintura at nagpa divider ng rooms.
2020- nagpa extend ng kitchen sa likod.
2022- pina paderan gate, grills at tiles ang harap.
2023 - CR naman 🙏

⚠️TAX ALERT⚠️ The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has recently issued Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 6-2022 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 5-𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙨/𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 in line with RA 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

📣 The phrase "THIS INVOICE/RECEIPT SHALL BE VALID FOR 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PERMIT TO USE/ATP" as previously required by prior regulations shall be omitted/disregarded.

📣 Authority to Print principal and/or supplementary receipts shall no longer have expirations.

📣 The validity date on existing and 𝘂𝗻𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘀/𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 shall be disregarded and such 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱.

This RR is issued in line with government's thrust of Ease of Doing Business Business.

SWIFT ACTION: Determined to coordinate with the in beefing up the state’s efforts in fighting illicit real estate activities, Secretary Menardo Guevarra vows the Department of Justice’s swift prosecution of unscrupulous individuals or groups engaged in real estate malpractices.

The DoJ is one of the government agencies that make up the Anti-Illegal Real Estate Practices Inter-Agency Task Force, officially created through the signing of a Joint Memorandum Circular on July 2.

Samahan n’yo ‘ho kami sa nalalapit na pagbubukas ng LRT-2 East Extension (Marikina and Antipolo Stations)!

Noon ‘ho, umaabot sa tatlong (3) oras ang biyahe mula Recto, Manila hanggang Antipolo, Rizal gamit ang bus o jeepney.

Ngayon, dahil sa pagsasakatuparan ng LRT-2 East Extension, na pinagsumikapan ‘ho ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) at Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), nasa 40 MINUTES NA LAMANG ANG BIYAHE mula Recto hanggang Antipolo via train!

Tinatayang nasa 80,000 ang bilang ng mga pasaherong maidadagdag nito kada araw sa kabuuang linya ng LRT-2. Ibig sabihin, mula sa dating 240,000 passengers, ay aabot na sa 320,000 passengers ang kaya nitong maserbisyuhan.

Maliban sa ginhawang dala ng proyekto, naging susi rin ‘ho ang LRT-2 East Extension upang mabigyan ng trabaho ang ating mga kababayan.
