Please be informed that the KEMPCO Office will be CLOSED tomorrow, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday), in observance of Quezon City Day, a Special Non-Working Holiday commemorating the birth anniversary of former President Manuel L. Quezon.

📌 August 20, 2026 (Thursday) – REGULAR OFFICE OPERATIONS

📌 August 21, 2026 (Friday) – Ninoy Aquino Day, a Special Non-Working Holiday, pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006 and Republic Act No. 9256.

Regular office operations will resume on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Words matter. The language we use can help create a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and included—regardless of gender. 💜

Instead of using gender-specific terms such as “Chairman,” let’s choose more inclusive alternatives like “Chairperson,” “Chair,” “Committee Head,” or “Presiding Officer.” ✅

💡 Did you know?
The word “Chair” can also refer to the person leading or presiding over a meeting, making it a simple and gender-neutral choice.

Let’s continue to practice Gender-Fair Language in our workplace and in our everyday communication. One inclusive word at a time, we can help build a culture of respect, equality, and inclusion. 🌈💜
