𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
1. The student must have a residency of two semesters, except for students who applied for the Senior High School (SHS) Graduate with Honors discount during the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.

2. The applicant must be a regular continuing student carrying the prescribed regular academic load and must meet the required General Point Average (GPA) from First Year, First Semester onward.
- 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 must have 𝗻𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭.𝟳𝟱 in any of the subjects in the prescribed regular load.
- 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 must have 𝗻𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟮.𝟬𝟬 in any of the subjects in the prescribed regular load.

3. The student must have no failing grades, Incomplete (INC), dropped subjects, or any other negative academic marks.

➢ AcaExQN – Academic Excellence New Applicant (Quezon City Campus)

• Click "Apply Scholarship" to start.
• Fill out the required details.
• Upload the required documents.

• Once the application period ends, the Scholarship Department will review and finalize the list of students who qualify for the Academic Excellence Scholarship.
• The list of qualified students will then be forwarded to Top Management for final approval.
• Once everything is confirmed:
- Your scholarship discount will be automatically applied to your miscellaneous fees.
- Your updated balance will be reflected in your SMS account.
- The official list of scholars will be posted on the BCP Scholarship and Financial Assistance page.
• To check your scholarship grant details, visit the "Scholarship Dashboard" in your SMS account.

Good news, aspiring scholars! The Academic Excellence (ACAEX) Scholarship application will be opening soon. To help you prepare in advance, kindly start gathering the necessary requirements for a smooth application process.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Evaluated grades issued by the Registrar’s Office, duly signed by the Dean or Program Head.
2. Scholarship Application Clearance Form (to be released upon the opening of the application period).
3. Application letter signifying the student’s intention to apply for a scholarship.
4. Photocopy of the updated School ID for Academic Year 2025–2026.
