Job Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

2.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Keenness to details

3.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Administrates timekeeping/DTR of employees for payroll.

2. Prepares Tardiness Report per month.

3. Monitors employee absences with three (3) consecutive days.

4. Monitors Vacation Leave, Sick Leave and Emergency Leave utilization.

5. Prepares and checks employee overtime payment.
6. Processes employee ATM for payroll.

7. Processes clearance of separated employees.

8. Prepares release of final pay & quitclaims of separated employees.

9. Facilitates dissemination of incoming documents.

10. Provide assistance for DTR concerns of all employees.

11. Facilitates ID printing on all employees.

12. Prepares COE as per request.

13. Perform other task that may be assigned.

DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Post job vacancies on the company website and other Online Recruitment Systems
Ø Sources candidates for approved manpower requirements and conducts the initial interview
Ø Endorses qualified candidates to immediate superior for further interview
Ø Schedules interview of shortlisted candidates to requisitioning parties
Ø Monitors the progress of each candidate until the last phase of the recruitment process
Ø Prepares Offer Letters to the final candidate for onboarding for approval of authorized signatories of the company
Ø Conducts job offer for the successful candidate for Rank & File up to Supervisory level positions
Ø Ensures that newly hired employees can fill up necessary forms for employment
Ø Prepares employment contracts of candidates for employment
Ø Conducts Orientation Program to candidates for onboarding and endorses to respective departments or work units concerned
Ø Handles all recruitment inquiries responsively and courteously
Ø Encodes information of new hires in the Oracle System
Ø Monitors employment status of newly hired employees and ensures that Performance Appraisal Rating (PAR) sheet are released to concerned Immediate Superior for their 3rd and 5th month appraisal period
Ø Prepares Personnel Action Notice (PAN) for regularizations
Ø Prepares Manpower Report/Payroll Endorsement every cut-off
Ø Maintains employee database and updates changes on employee information as necessary
Ø Other duties or functions that may be deemed necessary

WE'RE HIRING!

Caritas Health Shield, Inc. is in need of Radiologic Technologist (see poster below for details).

DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares patient for diagnostic procedures including strict observation of procedures ensuring patient care safety
• Performs diagnostic examination as per doctor’s request during consultations
• Logs all completed procedures
• Uses a variety of radiation protection and shielding materials
• Administers diagnostic procedures for Annual Physical Examination (APE) and Pre-Employment Examinations
• Processes X-ray films and submits them to Radiologist for analysis
• Receives, sorts, and files analyzed films
• Assists doctors in performing other diagnostic procedures
• Maintains and reviews laboratory results before releasing
• Maintains orderliness of the clinic by cleaning the equipment and work areas as well as observing proper waste management

OTHERS:
• Maintains the strictest confidentiality and patient’s privacy
•Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
