PECC is honored to support the Christmas Party of PAVIC (Parents Advocate for Visually Impaired Children) through the sponsorship of SM Gift Certificates for their raffle last December 14, 2025, at Barangay Kaularan, Cubao, Quezon City.
We stand with PAVIC President Gen. Eliseo Dela Paz (Ret.), together with PECC Officers Director Cesar Malvan, Board Secretary Roma Malvan, and Auditor Daniel Balanay, in celebrating the strength, resilience, and limitless potential of visually impaired children.
