But with the development of Ciudad de Victoria, we're glad that instead of creating more congestion, we're decongesting Metro Manila," said Dr. Isagani Germar, co-chairman of the New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI), one of the developers of the project. "But among other significant reasons, NSJBI has endeavored into the development of Ciudad de Victoria not for a money-making venture at all, but really, because we want to be of significant help in this historical project that would yet again put the Philippines in a global scale," he added. NSJBI is also the developer behind the 400-hectare Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, a historical resort park in Bataan that displays Filipino talent, ingenuity and craftsmanship.
