The PSAI is a private non-stock and non-profit foundation organized on December 22, 1951 and registered and incorporated on September 24, 1952 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It was also registered with the Department of Science and Technology on August 31, 1993 as a foundation for scientific advancement.

This activity is still part of the PSAI Statistics or..Knots, a series of talks focusing on the appreciation, understanding and promoting statistics or its knots – related fields, common misconceptions, practical insights, everyday statistical concepts - knotting together the little and big things we do everyday.

As an Association of statisticians and non-statisticians, PSAI brings the best of both worlds to a wider audience, raising awareness and building on the thought that indeed, there are stories behind the everyday numbers and letters.

The Philippine Statistical Association, Inc. (PSAI) will hold its 2025 Annual Business Meeting, General Assembly, Election of Board Members, and Christmas Party on 12 December 2025 (Friday), 6:00–9:00 PM, at the 24th Floor, PSA Headquarters, East Avenue, Quezon City. Meals and refreshments will be provided.

The event will feature the presentation of PSAI’s 2025 accomplishments and the election of Board Members for the 2026–2028 term. Four (4) positions (3 individual members and 1 government institution) will be filled.

Voting is strictly online from 01 December 2025 (Monday) until 12 December 2025 (Friday), 12:00 noon.
