Investphil Realty started in March 2012 as a single proprietorship with one broker to market properties in Metro Manila and nearby provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Bulacan. The proponent was already in real estate service since 2005 but on general brokerage practice but majority of inventory is beachfronts, islands
and raw-lands. Since the proprietor found success in project selling from a listed developer, he did the same by selling affordable properties in Metro Manila. The company focuses on few developers to make an impact on the developer partner and tap the market which has more demand. In the year 2013, Investphil partnered with 8990 Holdings Inc for its affordable housing project in Cavite. From one car service it reaches up to twenty (20) tripping vehicles in a few years time. The team of less than five sales agents and a broker grew by the hundreds of active sellers promoting condo and house and lot. In 2015 we officially registered Investphil Realty and Development Corporation to accommodate the growing organization and make the operation better. From a few units a month of houses and condo sold, we were able to do more than a hundred units a month with an average sales value of 2 Billion a year. Our team consistently received awards and recognition as top performers with the developers we worked with. In the middle of 2017, we transitioned to real estate development to keep our business going. For most real estate brokers and agents, this is the ultimate goal and we think we are ready for the next challenge. We launched our very first project in July of that year in Makiling Hills, Calamba City, Laguna. We acquire a good number of lots which we are able to build our own house, sell it ourselves and process the loan to the financial institutions like Pag-ibig Fund and Banks. With limited funds and some loans from initial investors we were able to build our model house and sold our initial inventories. With the success of our first venture, we kept on working with other developers and investors in some foreclosed properties and started building also in Angono, Antipolo and Binangonan in Rizal and in Bulacan. In the last quarter of 2019, just a few months before the Covid-19 Pandemic, we acquired our first rawland project in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. A seven hectare property with a view of the mountain and access to tourists area and the main government center of the city. A one of a kind deal for a developer since the property is already classified as a residential area. We wanted to make a project like this to maximize profit while building their own brand and portfolio. But lockdowns happened and we had so many delays in our paperwork for us to start the development. Fortunately, we were able to secure our development permit last 2022 and started our initial land development there after. By January of 2023 we were able to secure our license to sell and immediately started to sell our inventories. Today we have sold more than a hundred units while continuously building our model houses, roads, pedestrian and drainage system. The projection is to sell the entire inventory within the year.
