Anniversary Bonus = 3,000.00

under BIR RR No. 29-2025 Amending the De Minimis Benefits
Now: Christmas Cash Gift + Anniversary Bonus = 6,000.00 to be Non-Taxable. In Excess is subject to Withholding Tax.

Therefore: Our Christmas Cash Gift (5,000.00) + Anniversary Bonus (3,000.00) = 8,000.00
the excess of 2,000.00 will be carried over to the taxable Bonuses which has a cap also of 90,000.00.

Please be guided with this. for affected personnel Bonuses going over 90,000.00, there will be W/Tax adjustment starting August 2026 in you payslip.
