AREA UNDERWRITER
Job Summary:
The Area Underwriter is responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of new Managers by overseeing new business submissions, monitoring pending requirements, and coordinating compliance to facilitate timely policy issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee onboarding of new Managers in relation to new business submissions and compliance requirements.
* Monitor and track all new business applications, including pending requirements and status updates.
* Ensure timely coordination of pending requirements with Financial Advisors and Managers.
* Coordinate with clients and distributors for medical requirements, including scheduling with clinics and physicians.
* Monitor submissions, issued policies, and pending cases per Unit and Branch.
* Prepare and submit reports (daily, weekly, or as required).
* Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and turnaround time.
Qualifications:
* College graduate; fresh graduates from reputable schools are welcome.
* Insurance experience is an advantage but not required.
* 24–35 years old.
* Based in Pasig, Marikina, or nearby Ortigas area.
* Hardworking, patient, and detail-oriented.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
2. ADMIN OFFICER
Job Summary:
The Admin Officer ensures smooth operations by managing onboarding, licensing processes, and administrative coordination for Leaders and Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate onboarding of new Leaders and Financial Advisors.
* Handle end-to-end licensing exam process (scheduling, monitoring, results).
* Assist in licensing requirements from application to coding.
* Monitor and track licensing status of all Advisors and Managers.
* Coordinate BOBs, training schedules, reviews, and exams.
* Manage and maintain the Area Manager’s calendar.
* Prepare and submit administrative reports.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Qualifications:
* College graduate; fresh graduates from reputable schools are welcome.
* Insurance experience is an advantage.
* 24–35 years old.
* Based in Pasig, Marikina, or nearby Ortigas area.
* Hardworking, patient, and detail-oriented.
* Strong coordination and organizational skills.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva (non-negotiable).
3. RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for driving manpower growth by managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring quality hiring of Financial Advisors and Unit Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, initial interviews, and endorsement.
* Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.
* Coordinate interview schedules with Branch Head and Managers.
* Maintain and grow a strong candidate pipeline.
* Track recruitment performance metrics.
* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Coordinate with Admin Officer for onboarding, BOBs, and exam schedules.
* Manage and maximize social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
Qualifications:
* With pleasing personality.
* College graduate; fresh graduates from reputable schools are welcome.
* Insurance experience is an advantage.
* 24–35 years old.
* Based in Pasig, Marikina, or nearby Ortigas area.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledgeable in managing social media pages and accounts.
* Skilled in sourcing and attracting candidates.
* Creative, resourceful, and persuasive.
