We're looking for a Paralegal who is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about law, corporate governance, and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (4-year course) in any of the following or related fields: Political Science, Legal Management, Communication, and other Humanities or Social Sciences programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong legal research, drafting, documentation, and analytical skills

Job Overview:
The Paralegal is responsible for handling legal documentation, contract review, corporate records, court filings, compliance requirements, risk management initiatives, and legal research. The role also develops and conducts compliance and policy training, monitors regulatory developments, manages legal records, and represents the company in government offices and court proceedings whenever necessary.
