You don't need a Degree to start a business but you may need a degree to work for a business owner. Why is this the case? Because the part of the brain that thinks has nothing to do with degrees. There are so many business moguls that don't have degrees. You can have a degree but still be broke.

When you see a successful person, I guarantee you that person took risks and made courageous decisions. Success favours the bold. No matter your Level of education, you can still use your brain to be creative and position yourself strategically. Learn how to use leverage. Many people are enticed by banks to save their money with them and not to invest because of the interest the Bank gives. Yes you should have an emergency fund but invest the money meant for investing and don't save it in the bank because of the compounding inflation.

While your savings grow, the cost of buying goods also grows. You may have more money from savings but the buying power of that money is less. If you want financial freedom, you must make money faster than inflation.

When you went to sleep, did you rent go to sleep? Did your electric bills also sleep? The truth is they did not so you woke up in debt. That is why it is important to have a system that pays you even when you are sleeping.

You spend 1/3 of a day sleeping. That means by the time we are 50 years, you would have spent 16years sleeping. Imagine how many things can be accomplished in 16 years🤔

Well sleep is inevitable for humans. However the good news is money doesn't sleep. That is why it is important to plug into systems that will work for you even when you are sleeping. Make money while sleeping.

1.) PUT YOUR MONEY IN SAVINGS ACCOUNT
Para ma-hit mo ang 1,000,000 pesos retirement fund after 20 years. Eto ang computation:
20 years Ă— 12 months = 240 months
So how much money do we need to save to hit that 1 million retirement fund?
1,000,000 pesos Ă· 240 months = 4,166.67 pesos
Ibig sabihin nito ay kailangan mag-save ng 4,166.67 pesos per month para ma-hit natin ang 1 Million sa loob ng 20 years. Kaya ba? mukhang mahirap bukod sa matagal ay mabigat ang 4,166.67 a month.

2.) PUT YOUR MONEY IN MUTUAL FUNDS
Kung average 12% per annum in 20 years using the Wealth Calculator ang kailangan mo nalang isave ay 1,000 per month, ang lalabas na result ay 978,031.12.
That's almost 1 Million Retirement Fund. Ang question kaya ba mag-save nag 1,000 per month? Of course! Kayang kaya, pero ang next question ay kaya mo ba gawin yan consistent sa loob ng 20 years?

3.) PUT YOUR MONEY IN KAISER SAVING PLAN
Eh MAm Ai,di ba ang Kaiser ay Long-term Healthcare? YES! Tama ka jan...pero hindi lang Healthcare ang meron si Kaiser, meron yang Life Insurance at Investment Component. Yung Investment component niya ay precomputed.
Just by saving/investing of 5,882 per month sa loob ng 7 years, magkakaron ka ng 1,166,168 pesos na retirement fund pagdating ng 20th year (maturity).
