People always hear this from me: work is not the center of life. It’s just that we work so we can be a blessing to others. But that doesn’t excuse us from working diligently—because even then, it is not our life. God comes first, then our spouse and family. And whatever God has entrusted to us, we must be good stewards.

Because work is also the channel through which we can bless others, and we are instruments to provide for the needs of our families.

I am grateful for all the Lord’s provision. But it is not our life. We must continually invest for eternity, because all of this is only temporary.
