Dreams do come true!

Six years in freelancing, and we still don’t own a house… yet.

But today, I have:
✨ Four amazing children—one in college, two in senior high, and one learning to become a better adult.
🐶 Nine dogs, three adorable puppies, and five cats filling our home, rent free!
❤️ Bills are paid. Tuition fees are covered. There’s food on our table. And we’re still able to extend a helping hand to our elderly loved ones.

Years ago, these were the very things we prayed for.

So no, we may not have our dream house yet. But we’re living a life that once felt impossible. We’re building it one sacrifice, one answered prayer, and one step at a time.

God, thank You for making me realize that I am already richer than I used to be. Not because of what I own, but because of the lives I’m blessed to care for and the dreams we’re slowly turning into reality.

Our own house will come in God’s perfect time.

Until then, we’ll keep working, keep believing, and keep thanking Him for how far we’ve already come. 🤍

✅ Pay every bill on time

I honestly pity clients who ask you to do the work, expect you to deliver results, and then suddenly can’t pay. 😅

I understand that financial situations can change, and I can always have empathy for genuine struggles. But please remember: your financial problems should not become someone else’s unpaid labor.

Behind every service is someone’s time, effort, skills, and responsibilities. If you can’t afford the service, be upfront about it. But don’t ask someone to work for you and then treat payment like it’s optional.

Respect the work. Respect the person behind it. Pay what you owe.

🚨 “The CFPB denied my complaint… so why were my negative accounts still deleted?”

This is one of the biggest misconceptions in credit repair.

Many people assume that if TransUnion or Equifax responds to a CFPB complaint with statements like:

❌ “This did not come from you or someone you’ve authorized.”
❌ “We’re unable to remove or block the information based on the documents provided.”

…then the dispute has failed.

Not necessarily.

The CFPB complaint and the credit bureau’s reinvestigation are two separate processes.

A CFPB response addresses the complaint submitted to the bureau. Meanwhile, the disputed account may still go through the bureau’s reinvestigation process, where the data furnisher is asked to verify the accuracy of the information being reported.

If the information can’t be verified, isn’t substantiated, or is otherwise determined to be inaccurate or no longer reportable, the bureau may remove the account from the credit report.

The takeaway? Don’t judge the outcome of your credit repair based solely on the wording of a CFPB response. The most important result is what actually changes on your credit report after the investigation is completed.

Every credit file is different, and outcomes vary based on the facts and evidence in each case. Credit repair is a process—not a single letter or response.
