Processed my client’s policy loan today!

Hindi lang po pang patay at may sakit ang insurance. My clients got their eldest son his guaranteed Lifetime income plan. With this plan comes a loanable cash value ginamit nila as their emergency fund. Meron silang na-loan na gagamitin nilang pang bayad sa tuition ng anak nila.

As a former OFW, I can say based on my personal experience that all it took to wipe out my savings after coming back home were multiple minor critical illnesses.

Tatlong sakit lang na nagkasabay sabay ang naka limas ng pinaghirapan ko abroad. What more kung major critical illness yung inabot ko.

Habang kumikita ka pa, paghandaan mo na yung retirement mo at mga unforseen events. Get your health insurance and retirement plan.

Isa sa mga pinaka malaking “sana” ko sa buhay ay yung “Sana pala nalaman ko na agad yung insurance, investing at saving nung fresh grad pa lang ako para ngayon tapos ko na bayaran yung plan ko. Sana maaga ako natuto about my finances para ngayon sana mas madami akong naisave at nainvest”.

Sometimes all you really need is a proper budgeting system.

Kung Feeling mo hindi nagkakasya yung sahod mo, siguro it's time that you re-evaluate your cashflow system.

Kung kailangan mo makipag usap sa Financial Advisor mo, do so. Malay mo matulungan ka nila at may ideas sila na hindi mo pa nasusubukan gawin.

Pero kung sadyang maliit talaga ang sahod mo, ibang usapan na iyan. Increase your cashflow, get another side hustle.
