Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cagayan De Oro City for the position of Sales Representative. As a "Life Changer," you will act as a financial consultant, helping clients secure their future through our diverse life insurance and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend life protection and investment plans.
Prospect and generate leads within Cagayan De Oro City and surrounding areas.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Consistently meet monthly sales targets and participate in performance reviews.
Attend all required training and development workshops to ensure adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
Growth Mindset: Must be willing to be trained and have the ambition to be promoted after 1 year of productive performance.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Professionalism: Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage but not required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).
