📌 School Leader Behaviors That May Cause Stress for Teachers

Micromanaging Leader: Excessive control over every task, even those the teachers can perform independently.

1. Unclear Commands or Direction: Providing incomplete or frequently changing instructions, leading to teacher confusion.

2. Sudden Deadlines: Assigning tasks or reports that require immediate completion despite a lack of time.
