I saw a reel that said:

“You might have a lot of problems… until your health becomes the problem. Then you only have ONE problem.”

Ouch. 😮‍💨

The past few days reminded me how quickly priorities can change when health suddenly needs your attention.

So if there’s something you can’t control, let it go.
If there’s something you can improve, work on it.
And if there are people who love you, spend time with them. ❤️

And through it all, remember that God’s hand is still there.
We may not understand what’s happening or what comes next, but sometimes, all we really need to do is surrender, trust His plan, and let Him take the lead. 🙏

Because sometimes, we’re so busy worrying about tomorrow that we forget to appreciate today.

Health. Time. Family. Faith.

MomZee Tip: It’s not always WHAT we say, but HOW we say it. ❤️

Last Sunday, my son had a soccer tournament. I reminded him to prepare everything he needed because he’s prone to cramps. He forgot almost everything… so yes, MomZeela was unleashed! 😅

My intention was to teach him responsibility. But during the game, that reminder became a fear in his head—and he struggled to play.

That day, we both learned.

For him: Preparation and accountability matter.

For me: im reminded of the verse our tongue has a power of life and death. Our words have power. We can correct our children firmly and lovingly, but always in a way that builds them up—not breaks their confidence.

Because sometimes, the voice our children need most is:

“I believe in you. Now go give it your best.” ❤️
