Our field visitation during our OJT at Okada Manila and Figaro Coffee was a meaningful and eye-opening experience. At Okada Manila, we observed how a world-class hotel operates, from customer service to overall management, which showed us the importance of professionalism and attention to detail. On the other hand, our visit to Figaro Coffee Shop allowed us to see how a local business maintains quality service and builds customer relationships in a more casual setting. Both experiences helped us understand how different types of businesses operate in real-life situations and gave us valuable insights that we can apply in our future careers.

Today’s field visit was a meaningful and enriching experience as we checked on our OJTs in their respective workplaces. It is truly inspiring to witness how they apply the knowledge and skills they have learned in the classroom to real-world situations. Observing their growth, confidence, and ability to adapt to professional environments reflects not only their hard work but also their commitment to learning.

Their dedication, professionalism, and eagerness to improve are evident in the way they carry out their responsibilities and interact with others in the workplace. These experiences play a vital role in shaping their character, strengthening their competence, and preparing them for the demands of their future careers.
