CASTEMUPCO Joins the Bicol Cooperative Congress 2025 ⭐

Held on October 22–24, 2025 at the Sorsogon City Convention Center, Sorsogon City, this year’s congress highlighted the theme “Cooperative and Tourism: Working Together towards Inclusive and Economically Sustainable Communities.”

The program was graced by distinguished guests - Usec. Alexander Raquepo, Chairperson of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA); Cong. Felimon “Emon” Espares, Coop NATCCO Partylist Representative; and Atty. Emilio Escueta III, Regional Director of CDA Region V.

Representing CASTEMUPCO were Mr. Melvin S. Meneses - Board Vice-Chairperson; Mr. Amancio V. Doblon - BOD Member; Mr. Arnelo A. Carcer - Collection Officer; Mr. Randy P. Espiritu - Account Officer and Mr. Reymark B. Lagdaan - Account Officer.

The 11th Bicol Cooperative Congress 2025 served as a meaningful convergence of cooperatives across the Bicol Region — an avenue for strengthening partnerships, empowering communities, and promoting inclusive and sustainable development.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Sorsogon Cooperative Union and the Bicol Cooperative Development Council for successfully hosting this remarkable event. 👏
