WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON?
⏺Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
⏺Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
⏺Manage multiple delinquent accounts
⏺Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
⏺Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
⏺Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
HOW CAN WE DESCRIBE YOU?
⏺Excellent verbal communication skills
⏺Worker who can do more than one thing at a time
⏺Not afraid to learn new things
⏺Knowledge of various collection techniques
⏺Comfortable working with targets
⏺Familiarity with laws related to debt collection is a PLUS
