QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably with a degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, Recruitment and Training.
• Has a good written and oral communication skill, marketing skill, problem solving skill, presentation skill and people handling.
• Must be a team player
• Should be persuasive, assertive, creative and result oriented.
• Can work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Has strong leadership ability
• With good attention to details and accuracy
• Willing to do field work
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for recruiting new Loan Consultants.
• Ensure Company Vision, Mission, and Aims are consistently communicated to new Loan Consultants.
• Ensure the maintenance of LC’s detailed records and databases to continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment campaign.
• Responsible for training/briefing LC’s on products, memos and amendments.
• Motivate LC’s and brief them on perks and benefits.
• Monitor performance of different LC’s.
• Regular meeting with LC’s to address their concerns and issues.
• Keep the Area Manager informed of accomplishments and on-going issues, participate in achieving resolutions to identified issues.
AREA OF ASSIGNMENT:
• 1 RO for each area – Lemery / Batangas / Lipa
• 1 RO for each area – Calamba / Lucena / Sta. Rosa
• 1 RO for each area – Naga / Sorsogon / Legazpi
• 1 RO for each area – Mandaue / Intramuros / Roaxs / Caloocan / Makati
• 3 ROs for Head Office
