We are committed to building a stronger, safer, and more resilient healthcare system capable of responding to present and future public health challenges.

On 29 May, we witnessed the inauguration of the Center for Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine, a 60-bed isolation facility designed to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and the Infectious Disease Referral Laboratory at Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital. Under ADB's HEAL program, several isolation facilities and one additional biosafety laboratory are being built across the country, part of our broader health support for the Department of Health (Philippines).
