JOB DESCRIPTION

Sending of the Statement of Accounts and Dunning Letters (if any) is being done monthly.
Coordinates with the customer’s Accounting Department/Site or Project Manager on any billing and collection issues. Handles customer complaints and requests for copies of DRs/Invoices.
Conduct a one-on-one discussion with the account managers to discuss the collection issues and come up with a resolution, gather the collection forecast for the month.
In charge of reconciliation of accounts including application of unapplied collections and suspense accounts to unpaid invoices.
KEY DELIVERABLES

AR Confirmation/ SOA and Dunning letters (if any) is being done monthly.
The invoice disputes are reconciled with the customer and monitor the resolution with the concerned department.
The AR is reconciled with the customer to ensure the unpaid invoices are collected on time.
QUALIFICATIONS

BS Accountancy/Finance Graduate or other related course graduate
At least 2-years work experience as AR Assistant
Knowledgeable in Xero & other accounting system
Willing to work on-site
