VSI also owns similar companies in Colombia (VSI Colombia), NPFC being biggest among the two. Our head office is located in Pasig City. Currently operating with 20 employees, majority of whom handle credit operations, NPFC is classified as a non-bank finan
cing institution (NBFC). We aim to be different from other traditional lenders by focusing more on supporting the โmissing middleโ with emphasis on business which could provide more jobs, promote gender equality, produce greater economic wealth and generate taxes for the government
Negosyong Pinoy Finance Corporation (NPFC) is an impact lender focused on serving the โmissing middleโ; micro, small and medium enterprises that find it difficult to access funding. NPFC is a registered private stock corporation, authorized to operate as a financing company by the SEC. NPFC is 40% owned by Venture South International, a Swiss holding company with investments in three MSMEs financing firms in Uganda, Colombia and the Philippines. NPFC envisions communities of vibrant micro, small and medium enterprises creating wealth, generating decent and sustainable employment and active contributors to development. To achieve this NPFC:
(a) Mobilizes (international and local) resources to finance MSMEs;
(b) Partners with resource institutions and capacity building groups, whether private or government, local and international; and,
(c) Pioneer innovations that would provide the MSMEs with the most relevant financial products and services. NPFC strives to become a leading financing provider to MSMEs, responsible to both investors and borrowers and committed to help its borrowers create social and economic impact.
