Land Based OFW LOAN:
"Para sa mga OFW na paalis pa lang ng Pilipinas at yung mga naka bakasyon ngayon dito na may dalang valid Empoyment Contract"
• Loanable Amount: 1 month to 2 months Basic Salary
• Payment Terms: 3mos (minimum) / 12mos. (maximum)
• Interest: 1.50% per month
• Processing time: 1 Day to 3 working days
• Processing Fee: 5% (to be deducted from the loanable amount)
• NO Collateral needed!
• OFW must apply personally in our Office.
• Monthly payment is thru any branch of Bayad Center, Cebuana or M. Lhuillier.
OFW REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1 Valid ID;
2. Passport & VISA
3. valid Employment Contract
4. OEC & Plane Ticket
5. Co-Borrower (spouse, any immediate relative)

------- • Marriage Contract (if married to the OFW)
------- • Latest Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill only)
Note: Other documents may be required as need arise.
