Promo Mechanics
1. Who can join the promo?
a. Promo is open to all participating Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons
Appliances, Toys “R” Us, True Value and Handyman customers with a valid Metrobank credit
Mastercard.
b. By joining and participating in Tap to Top Prizes (“the promotion”) participants confirm, agree to and

d. Mechanics
He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and
conditions;
Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all
information supplied by him/her will be used by Robinsons Supermarket in accordance with its
privacy policy;
Promotion Period is from November 16, 2020 – February 14, 2021
2. How to join and register?
a. Open to all Metrobank credit Mastercard cardholders issued in the Philippines with contactless
capability.
b. Customers must have a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php3,000.00 using Metrobank credit
Mastercard.
c. Applicable only on regular straight transactions using Metrobank credit Mastercard that is contactless
enabled.
d. A promo code will be provided to the customer on the official receipt of the participating Robinsons
Supermarket, Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Appliances, Toys “R” Us, True Value and
Handyman.
e. The customer must visit https://taptotopprizes.robinsonsretail.com.ph/ to register their personal
identifiable details and the promo code.

f. A text message containing the OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the mobile number for
registration. The customer will have to enter the said OTP into the required field to finalize the
registration.
g. Once the OTP is valid, the customer’s info is now registered. The mobile number and nominated
password will serve as the log-in assets of the customer for future transactions.
h. Once registered, a customer may submit multiple promo codes for more chances of winning.
i. Only one registration per mobile number is allowed.
j. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions.
3. How to earn raffle entries and game tokens and win?
a. A customer is entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry (maximum of 5 entries) for every Php3,000.00 spent and
one (1) “Catch a Prize” game token for a chance to win weekly prizes.
b. Customers will only have 1 game token for every single-receipt purchase of Php3,000.00 or more than
using Metrobank credit Mastercard.
c. Once logged-in, the user will need to enter the promo code that can be found on the official receipt of
the participating stores.
d. If promo code is valid, the system will display the customer’s earned raffle entries and available game
token; the token will disappear from the dashboard once it has been played.
Catch a Prize Game, Weekly
a. Customers need to swipe the pushcart left or right to catch the gift box.
b. Player will have 30 seconds to play. Gifts speed up and fall faster the longer they play. They must
avoid the obstacle and catch the specially marked gifts to earn more points.
c. Customer points will be displayed on the dashboard after the game.
d. All earned points within the cut-off week will be accumulated to the total customer’s points.
e. Players' scores will be posted on the leaderboard. Only the top 12 with the highest score within the
week, wins.
f. Points earned for the entire cut-off week will be reset and cannot be carried over the next week’s
cut-off.
4. Determination of Winners and Prizes:
a. This promo will have a total of One hundred sixty-six (166) winners. Ten (10) winners will be drawn for
the grand raffle and one hundred fifty-six (156) winners will be determined based on weekly scores.
b. Only the players with VALID and INPUTTED promo codes are qualified to be chosen for the raffle.
c. Each account may win only once during the weekly minor prize draw but shall be included in the grand
draw
d. There will be (TEN (10) grand prize winners. Each will win PhP500,000 worth of Robinsons gift
certificates.

5. When and where will the Grand Raffle Draw Happen?

6. Notifying Winners
Winners will be announced through a Facebook post in the participating Robinsons Retail stores addresses,
registered mails and Facebook accounts for more information on how to claim the prize.
7. Claiming of Prizes
a. To claim their respective prizes, winners have to present the following:
Photocopy of a valid ID with photo (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Company
ID, Student ID, etc).
Printout of Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Appliances, Toys
“R” Us, True Value or Handyman’s congratulatory Facebook message, Facebook post, and
registered notification letter.
b. Winners can send an authorized representative to claim the prizes on their behalf. The representative
must bring the following:
Authorization letter with the winner’s signature.
Photocopy of a valid ID with photo of the representative
Photocopy of a valid ID with photo of the winner
Printout of congratulatory Facebook message, Facebook post, and registered notification
letter.
c. Winners may only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, winner will get the prize with the
higher value.
d. Winners may claim their prizes at their chosen participating Robinsons Retail store
e. All items to be redeemed under this promotion shall be given tax-free.
f. Prizes exceeding Php10,000.00 are subject to 20% tax which will be shouldered by the winner.
g. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification will be forfeited with prior approval
of DTI, Mega Mobile and participating Robinsons Retail stores.
8. Important Notes:
a. The decision of participating Robinsons Retail stores in concurrence with DTI is final and not subject to
dispute.
b. Employees of Robinsons Retail Group, Mastercard, it’s concessionaires and vendors, and Mega Mobile
(hereinafter described as the “organizers of the promotions”), and their relatives up to the 2nd degree
of affinity or consanguinity are not qualified to join the promo.
c. Organizers of the promotion reserve the right to invalidate entries entered through unscrupulous
means such as electronic manipulation.
d. Organizers of the promotion will not be responsible for accommodations, travel expenses or other
expenses incurred by the winners in claiming their prizes.
e. Organizers of the promotion reserves the right to request for valid documents (certificate of
employment, TIN, school ID) in the event that someone contests their eligibility for the promo;
f. Organizers of the promotion have the right to identify him or her as a participant or a winner in the
promotions and communicate the same at any time in any territory through any multimedia release;
g. He or she shall hold organizers of the promotion free from any and all claims, suits and actions for
damages or liabilities that may be brought about in connection with his/her participation in this promo;
h. Organizers of the promotion shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and adaptations
by third parties of any material or information regarding this promotion; and
i. He or she will not make any reproduction of any part of the Facebook application accessed by him or
her pursuant to this promotion for purposes of selling or distributing the same for commercial gain nor
shall he or she modify or incorporate any part of said Facebook application in any other work,
publication or website.
CONTROL MEASURE:
DTI representatives shall be invited to check, test, validate, and verify the computer system for receiving
entries and registration assigning random computer-generated raffle entries and drawing of winners. A
copy of the said system shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by the DTI representative for safekeeping
of Megamobile, for verification of DTI at any time. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be
given to the DTI representative after verification. The DTI representative shall check the database of the
promo.
