🚨𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗼𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a Cease and Desist Order against Microdot Lending Corporation for operating undisclosed online lending platforms (OLPs) known as Credit Peso Pro and MF Cash, for its continuous non-compliance with lawful orders of the Commission, and in response to multiple complaints of unfair debt collection practices.
