One message from a former agent eventually led me to this client.

He reached out to ask about his client's premium payment concerns. To make things easier for everyone, he referred her to me, and I took over the servicing of her policy.

She's a young professional. A registered nurse, to be exact. She was only 24 when she first decided to get insured.

After two weeks of processing the necessary forms and amendments, we successfully reinstated her policy. Thankfully, it was approved by Pru. 🙏🏻

Last night, we revisited her policy, went through her coverage, reviewed a few important details, and decided that it was time to upgrade her benefits.

Because healthcare workers deserve comprehensive protection too! 🤍

We'll be processing her plan upgrade this week. Hoping everything goes smoothly. 😊

Last month, I received an inquiry. An unexpected one, as it wasn't even from someone on my friends list.

It was from a father who took the initiative to start planning for his family's future.

I was genuinely looking forward to meeting him because helping families build financial security through insurance has been one of my top priorities this year.

We finally met over the weekend.

Our conversation wasn't about finding the cheapest life insurance plan. It was about making the right decision for his family.

And this is already the second time we’ve successfully processed reimbursement claims for them.
