⛩️ The Dojo: Building Technical Excellence Together
Over the past few weeks, DAVI teams once again came together for a series of learning sessions under The Dojo, our ongoing knowledge-sharing initiative focused on continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.
Last April 22, employees participated in a session featuring practical use cases and discussions on how tools like Claude AI can support day-to-day work across different teams. The session was led by Francis Dumo, who encouraged participants to explore how Claude AI can be used responsibly and effectively in the workplace.
This was followed by another Dojo session last May 7, led by one of our Machine Learning Engineers, David Bambalan, which explored how machine learning can support more personalized CRM communication strategies. Discussions included the limitations of traditional testing approaches and practical applications of machine learning solutions within Go Rewards.
