CONGRATULATIONS ON BSP's 28th ANNIVERSARY.

On this blissful 3rd day of July 2021, JuanCash, together with JuanExchange, congratulates Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) for another milestone by celebrating its 28th Anniversary.

Over the past years, BSP has manifested several efforts through technology which help the improvement of its national advocacy by promoting financial inclusion up to the financial sector’s last mile. This financial inclusion initiative supports modern financial breakthrough by breaching the gap between technology and the common Filipinos. Indeed, BSP has shown its resilience, courage, and excellence to every Filipino (“Tatag, Tapang, at Talino – Para sa Bawat Pilipino”).

Zybi Tech Inc. Doing Business under the Name and Style of JuanCash (the “Company”) is in solidarity with the BSP’s national advocacy by providing efficient and effective financial solutions to the unbanked and underbanked and bridging the gap between cryptocurrencies and the ordinary Filipinos. These financial solutions are easy-to-use and cost-effective with the likes of JuanCash, an E-Money mobile application, and JuanExchange platform, a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). For almost two (2) years now, the Company has cherished the day when BSP issued a Certification of Registration (“COR”) to operate as a Remittance and Transfer Company (“RTC”) with E-Money Issuer (“EMI”) and Virtual Currency Exchange (“VCE”) services in favor of the Company.

The Company is looking forward to the country’s independent central monetary authority for another great milestone in the development of sound regulatory policies and programs for the financial services industry.

• Develop a detailed project plan or strategy for VCE, otherwise known as Virtual Asset Service Provider ("VASP"). Monitor and track the progress of the project.
• Daily coordination with direct reports (if applicable), other internal Departments, and third-party clients
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Ensuring deadlines are met and issues resolved.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of the VCE/VASP project
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Participating in the tender process i.e., design, submission, and review
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Ensure to meet the SLA and KPI (Commission and expectations)
• Close deals and promote product partnerships
• The candidate will be the overall lead for the VCE/VASP service of the Company. This is an end-to-end task that the candidate should ensure proper deliverables are produced.
