The heavy rains and sudden flash floods brought by Habagat can be stressful, especially when it affects your family vehicle. If your car was caught in the flood, please stay calm—we're here to guide you through your Acts of Nature (AON) claim process step by step.

Quick Checklist for Filing your Claim:

1️⃣ Document Everything Immediately
Take clear photos and videos of your car while it’s still in the flooded area showing the water level.
Take photos of the interior, exterior, and engine bay once safe.
2️⃣ Do NOT Start the Engine
Trying to turn on a flooded car can cause severe engine damage (hydro-lock), which may void your insurance coverage!
3️⃣ Prepare Your Documents
Updated OR/CR
Driver’s License
Photos/videos of the damage
Police Report or Barangay Certificate (confirming the flood incident in your area)
4️⃣ Contact Your Insurance Provider/Broker
Notify them right away to file a Notice of Loss.
Request towing assistance if your unit needs to be brought to an accredited service center.
