Greetings from Wind Residences Condominium Corporation!
Please be advised that Wind Residences Condominium Corporation Board of Trustees (BOTs) has already approved the Condominium Corporationโs Budget for the year 2026, WITH INCREASE on the rate of Residential and Parking Dues. See details below:
ยท Residential Units : PHP 113.00/sqm /month, NON-VAT
ยท Parking Slots : PHP 69.00/sqm /month, NON-VAT
Please be advised however that the correct rate of Condominium Dues based on projected expenses of the property for year 2026 is PHP120.00/sqm for Residential and PHP77.00/sqm for Parking. The BOTs approved to consider a portion of the projected Other Income to cover some of the expenses to be able to minimize the increase in Condominium Dues Rates.
For everyoneโs appreciation, below are some of the major factors for the increase:
1. Contracted Services Wage Increase based on the following DOLE Wage Order No. IVA-21 and IVA-22
2. Increase in electricity rate based on latest Meralcoโs latest billed rate
The first month billing for year 2026 will be released on January 15, 2026 which is due for payment on or before January 31, 2026.
