Yesterday’s training focused on some of the recent claims paid by Pru Life UK. What made these stories particularly moving was the length, or sometimes the shortness, of time these clients had held their policies before life unexpectedly took a turn.

It was heartbreaking to learn about the challenges these individuals and families faced, yet comforting to know that in their most difficult moments, our company was there to honor its promise and provide much-needed support.

More than anything, these stories reminded us why we do what we do. Why we continue to educate, encourage, and help people secure protection for themselves and their loved ones.

No matter how much one can afford. No matter where one is in life. Just be insured.

Because when the unexpected happens, it’s not about how long you’ve had the policy. It’s about having one when it matters most.
