•Willing to be trained to handle accounts from local banks and Legal Financial Institutions

We offer minimum wage plus monthly unlimited commission and cash incentives. We also have an option of Commission-Based Plus Commission, and Pure Commission-Based plus Collection percentage Tele Collectors. Additionally, for those with no prior experience, we offer a training allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Debt Collection: Contacting debtors via telephone to recover overdue payments.
•Communication & Negotiation: Engaging in conversations with debtors to discuss payment options and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
•Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with customers while addressing their concerns and resolving issues related to their accounts.
•Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines in all collection activities.
•Meeting Targets: Achieving or exceeding set targets for debt recovery and collection efficiency.
