NOTICE OF 9TH ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the AECC Election of Cooperative Officers via online voting system and the AECC Annual General Assembly will be held on March 31, 2026 at 1500H-1800H to be conducted face-to-face at 3rd floor 2 Concessionaire’s Area, Manlunas Street, Brgy. 183, Pasay City and through video conferencing via Google Meet with the following agenda and order of business:

1. Call to Order
2. Proof of Due Notice
3. Declaration of Quorum
4. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous General Assembly Meeting
5. Annual Reports
6. Proclamation of Winners
7. Oath taking of the Elected Officers
8. Open Forum
9. Adjournment

Members Entitled to Vote (MEV) as of March 20, 2026 will be entitled to this notice and to vote until March 31, 2026 at 1500H. Other Members are also invited and encouraged to join our 9th Annual General Assembly through video conference with the QR code attached. Your support to the cooperative will be manifested by your gracious attendance.

It’s our cooperative’s General Assembly and Election Month!

If you are willing to serve and take part in our Cooperative ongoing success, you are very welcome here!

We are inviting and encouraging all of you to actively participate in this C.Y. 2025 nomination and election in our cooperative’s vacant positions. They are as follows:

AECC Board of Director: - Three (3) Members
Audit Committee: - Three (3) Members
Election Committee: -Three (3) Members

Please take note on the following date:
•Accepting of Nominations/ Candidacy will start in 01 March 2025 until 07 March 2025 attached herewith is the google form link ( https://forms.gle/CdQAxvjxnzb5VJDL7 ), where you can submit your candidacy or nominate a candidate.
•Election of Officers will begin in 10 March 2025 until 23 March 2025
•General Assembly is scheduled on March 28, 2025

Also details below are the qualifications of candidates for election:
•Must be a MIGS (Member in Good Standing)
•Have paid the minimum share capital contribution;
•Not delinquent in the payment of capital contribution and other accounts;
•Have not violated any provisions of the by-laws, rules and regulation of this cooperative;
•Have attended and completed the cooperative orientation; Comply with all the obligations, duties and undertakings of membership;
•Patronized the services of the Cooperative.

Please consider this as an opportunity to contribute to the future development of our cooperative. Remember that your vote matters and know that your participation and dedication are greatly appreciated.
