1. SSS is not enough – It will not sustain your medical Bills and you will need to downgrade your lifestyle if you will depend on SSS alone.

2.Inflation-Your ₱1 now will have a lesser value in the future.

3. Our kids are not our retirement fund. Part of pagtanaw ng utang na loob culture. We need to break this dependency. Let us not be a burden to our kids in the future.

4. We live longer – Imagine retiring at the age of 65 with NO INCOME, then living until the age of 80, that’s 15 years worth of expenses. 65 years old is too far to imagine, right? How about taking a vacation for a month with no salary?

Let us not depend on our Company's retirement benefit. What if you loss your job or your company will go bankrupt?

Sa logistics industry, malaki ang role ng isang driver, sya kasi yung pipick-up at magdadala ng cargo sa kliyente. Madalas walang pahinga kasi call of duty ika nga. Kasama pa jan yung mahuhuli at worst kung may casualty. Pagka ganoon paano ang pamily nya? Kaya naman isang driver ang na secure natin ngayon Feb-ibig month, para sa kanya at sa kanyang pamilya. Dapat handa tayo sa mga life's uncertainties, parang isang spare tire, kailangan natin kapag tayo'y nasiraan sa daan. Laging handa. Thank you dear valued Manulife client. A medical OFW who signed up before his departure back to work abroad. Ano nga nga ba ang exit plan natin as an ofw, to invest and to secure our future when we wanted to retire. Hindi habang buhay tayo ay nasa abroad. Getting insurance is our protection, a retirement fund and a savings and an investment for ourselves. Congrats that your policy is already approved!

What about an exit plan for your self.

Everytime na malalaman ko na may aalis na kakilala ko, kaibigan or kamag-anak para mangibang bansa, I can’t help but ask myself, ”may exit plan kaya sya?”

Everybody knows kung gaano kahirap lumayo sa pamilya. Kung anong klase ng pagtitiis at sakripisyo ang kapalit nito para mabigyan ng mas maayos na buhay ang mga mahal sa buhay.

Our dear OFWs, we know the longing in your hearts. Lalo na kung sama-sama ang pamilya tapos wala ka. Salu-salo sa hapag ang pamilya habang nakavideo call ka. Nakakalungkot. Hihiling ka na lang din talaga na sana kasama ka nila.

So why make an EXIT PLAN?

Para hindi buong buhay mo malayo ka sa pamilya.

Para masaksihan mo kung paano lumaki ang mga anak na musmos pa lang noong iniwan mo.

Para makasama ka nila sa mahahalagang eksena sa buhay nila. Birthdays, graduation, family day, at kung anu-ano pang ganap sa buhay na minsan lang nila mararanasan bago sila magkaroon ng sarili nilang buhay at pamilya.

Para ikaw mismo, matutukan mo pa rin ang landas na tinatahak ng anak mo. Paano kung napariwara na pala sila dahil walang gumagabay at umaalalay sa knila?

Para masulit mo ang oras na pwede mo pang makasama ang mga magulang mo. Dahil habang lumalaki ka pala, tumatanda na rin sila.

Money may buy a lot of things, but not everything. Katulad ng isang buo at masayang pamilya.
