Grabe tong announcement na to, yung feel na feel mo talagang si God, nagmove ng mountains para maging posible. Before this very long post, I would like to always honor and glorify God for making this possible, tao lang kami and our faith sometimes can be so small, but here You are Lord, showing us how Big You are in spite of our little faith at times.

Sissy Rej Reyes Mendiola, I know how very hard you worked for this promotion, the tears, the fight, the everyday battle with yourself and with all the things that’s been going on from the time that you decided to become a Unit Manager for your teammates. Nilaban mo simula nung Oct, and napakdaming delay, napakadaming hndi umangkop s plans natin, and just when we thought it was not happening, God gave us this win! In His perfect timing!

We both know this is just the tip of the iceberg of the many things you will now be facing with your Team - Team Rej!!! But I am not afraid for you, because you have shown your grit, your dedication, your humility, your generosity and your commitment!

God came through for us sis, kaya alam kong magiging success ang Team Rej, I know that you love your teammates as much as I do, and I know that they’re in very capable hands! Super proud ko sayo my sis! And know that I am always behind you, cheering for all your future successes! Mamimiss ko kayong lahat sa loop but I know that you’ll take good care of them as much as you have supported me in taking care of them 🥰 Love you sis!

Finally! After a lot of heartwork and hard work, you are now Officially a Unit Manager for Dragon Stone Branch, under A2D! I have not in one minute wavered in my trust and faith that you will make it, from Day 1 of your journey here with Pru. Your grit, your love for your team mates and your maturity have seen you to this. Naaalala ko pa, when you were that Rookie who asked kung sa edad mong 20 kaya mo ba! And Congratulations , di mo lang kinaya, nilaban mo at bumida talaga.

You deserve all the happiness of the day and all the leadership days of your life, this is a testament that God’s work will be done, when He wills it. You worked super hard for this, yet God’s supernatural hands worked when yours ended to seal the deal. This is just the beginning, the real journey starts as your teammates journeys advance. 🙂

May the Lord God continue to bless the work of your hands Jc! May your spirit, heart and love bring you all this journey has to offer.
