We are looking for a talented new team member to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be a team player, transparent, collaborative, and can translate data into a story. You will have the chance to work on different projects at a fast-paced startup and contribute significantly to the future of our ventures.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Marketing Analyst who can work well with the team and is ready to help the company study and analyze market conditions in order to assess product-market fit and the potential success of products and services. We want someone who can devise creative high-impact marketing campaigns and strategies to help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Your responsibilities will include gathering information and examining consumer trends to develop successful marketing plans, tracking advertising costs, and researching market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with PPC campaigns and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data.
Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we capture our target audience through successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Analyze consumer behavior and trends, gather information on competitors by conducting analysis on their sales, prices, methods of distribution and marketing, and prepare and present reports for management
• Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to ex*****on
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, events, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, blogging/copywriting, performance analysis
• Plan, manage, and monitor company's social media strategy to align with business goals
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our different marketing channels that attracts and converts our target groups
• Oversee and supervise marketing material, from social media posts to website banners to hard copy brochures and presentations
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, assess against goals, and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Provide assistance to the Sales team by compiling all details for upcoming brands, products, or services
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and build strategic relationships and partnerships
• Work smoothly with the Operations team to align marketing campaigns with resources and back-end requirements
• Research and implement marketing tools and software to support our promotional projects and boost team efficiencies (automation software, social media scheduling, email marketing, etc)
Who you are
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in Marketing for at least 2-3 years, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role, together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Good understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
•Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Social media savvy
• Has a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
• Ability to multitask well and handle multiple projects/brands simultaneously
• Excellent analytical abilities, critical thinking, and communication skills
