Lendify Lending Corporation has been made aware of individuals and a page allegedly presenting themselves as authorized representatives or employees of the company and soliciting advance processing fees in connection with loan applications.
To protect the public, we would like to clarify the following:
• Lendify Lending Corporation does NOT require advance processing fees as a condition for processing loan applications.
• All legitimate transactions must be conducted through Lendify Lending Corporation’s official office and verified communication channels.
• Loan transactions and agreements are handled personally, with proper documentation, and in accordance with the company’s established procedures.
• Lendify Lending Corporation does NOT authorize employees, agents, or representatives to collect payments through personal bank accounts, GCash, remittance centers, or informal meet-ups.
⚠️ WARNING REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATION
The individual identified as Ruth Darm is not affiliated with any authorized branch or representative of Lendify Lending Corporation. Any transaction, solicitation, or communication made by or through this individual claiming to represent the company is unauthorized.
⚠️ BEWARE OF FAKE SEC DOCUMENTS
The public is also advised to exercise caution when presented with purported SEC registration documents. Unauthorized SEC numbers, seals/stamps, signatures, and documents containing obvious typographical or graphical errors should be treated as potential red flags.
SEC registration alone should not be considered proof that an individual is an authorized representative of Lendify Lending Corporation.

DO NOT SEND MONEY to anyone claiming to represent Lendify Lending Corporation unless their identity and authority have been directly verified through the company’s official channels.
Never provide sensitive personal information or make payments based solely on Facebook messages, unofficial accounts, or documents sent through social media.
If you encounter an individual or account falsely claiming to be connected with Lendify Lending Corporation, please report the account and notify the company immediately.
