HUWAG I-CLICK ANG LINKS sa text messages at emails na mukhang galing sa inyong bangko o unknown sender.

Ang mga bangko ay hindi magpapadala ng text messages at emails na may links alinsunod sa BSP Memorandum M-2022-015.

Makipag-ugnayan agad sa inyong bangko kung nakompromiso ang inyong bank account, credit card, o personal information. Maaari ring makipag-ugnayan sa pulis o sa NBI para maimbestigahan at makasuhan ang mga scammer.

Kung hindi natugunan ng bangko o financial institution ang inyong reklamo, magpadala ng mensahe sa BSP gamit ang BSP Online Buddy (BOB) sa pamamagitan ng sumusunod:

1. I-click ang BOB icon sa website ng BSP
2. Mag-chat sa Facebook Messenger ng BSP
3. Kung Globe subscriber, mag-text sa 21582277 (May karampatang text at internet charges.)

Kung nakatanggap ka ng ganitong email, i-verify muna! 🔍

Ito ang madaling paraan. Hover the mouse cursor sa email address at i-click ito upang tingnan kung ito ay ang domain name o domain email. Suriin muna lahat ng mga detalye ng email bago ito sagutin.

Maging maingat at iwasang maging biktima ng phishing scams! Kahit mukhang lehitimo ang isang email, pwede pa rin ito maging phishing scam.

Huwag ibigay ang mga personal na detalye kahit kanino katulad ng:
❌Account Number
❌Card Verification Value (CVV)
❌One-Time Passwords (OTPs)
❌Online Passwords or Log-in credentials
❌Answers to security questions

The 20-piso bill remains a legal tender banknote

BSP ADVISORY: 20-Piso Banknote Remains Legal Tender

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) advises the public that the 20-Piso New Generation Currency (NGC) banknotes remain as legal tender and can be used alongside the 20-Piso NGC coins for day-to-day transactions.

The 20-Piso NGC banknotes shall be gradually removed from circulation through natural attrition or until the 20-Piso banknotes become unfit for recirculation.

MAGANDANG BALITA!

Sinusuportahan ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) at Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ang paggamit ng PhilID bilang valid proof of identity!

Ayon sa BSP, dapat tanggapin ng mga bangko ang PhilID bilang natatanging proof of identity ng mga Pilipinong nais magbukas ng bank accounts alinsunod sa batas.

Sa isa ring memorandum, inatasan naman ng DILG ang local government units na tanggapin ang PhilID bilang official proof of identity para sa mga pampubliko at pribadong transaksyon.

Pinapaalala ng BSP at DILG na ayon sa Republic Act No. 11055, o Philippine Identification System Act, may multang P500,000 ang hindi pagkilala sa national ID bilang natatanging proof of identity ng isang indibidwal kung walang tapat o wastong dahilan.
