𝗢𝗖𝗖𝗖𝗜 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

The month of May 2026 was filled with meaningful milestones and impactful community activities for OCCCI Tacloban Branch. Guided by the cooperative’s core values of service, unity, and social responsibility, the branch continuously reached out to communities through programs that promote education, cooperation, environmental care, and community empowerment.

The month began with Cluster Meetings held in Calipayan and Burgos, Mayorga, Leyte on May 6, strengthening communication and collaboration among members and community leaders. These meetings served as an avenue to discuss initiatives that will further improve cooperative services and member engagement.

On May 15, the branch conducted its CMC Meeting, focusing on important updates, plans, and cooperative matters that aim to strengthen OCCCI’s commitment to responsive and member-centered service.

Continuing its advocacy of financial literacy and community education, OCCCI Tacloban Branch conducted an Orientation on OCCCI’s Products and Services with the Senior Citizens Association in V&G, Tacloban City on May 21. The activity provided valuable information about the cooperative’s programs designed to support and uplift members of the community, especially senior citizens.

On the same day, the branch also extended support to the youth by sponsoring snacks during the Flores de Mayo celebration in Brgy. 35. This simple yet meaningful gesture reflects OCCCI’s dedication to fostering community spirit, cultural appreciation, and youth engagement.

To further promote environmental stewardship and sustainability, OCCCI Tacloban Branch, together with Cluster Tagacay, conducted a Tree Planting Activity on May 26. Through this initiative, the branch continues to advocate for environmental preservation while encouraging collective action for a greener and healthier future.

These meaningful activities reflect OCCCI Tacloban Branch’s unwavering commitment to building stronger communities through cooperation, compassion, and active service.

The OCCCI Kalibo Branch continues to strengthen its commitment to service and community development through a series of meaningful initiatives conducted in May 2026.

Guided by its mission of empowering members and fostering organizational growth, the branch carried out activities centered on leadership, faith, and member education.

Among the highlights was the official visit of Chief Operations Officer Ms. Mizpah Aira Taala, alongside District Managers, which reinforced collaboration and operational excellence through benchmarking and branch discussions.

The month also brought moments of gratitude and unity through a Thanksgiving Mass, nurturing the spiritual well-being of officers and staff.

Further extending its service to the community, the branch conducted a 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 (𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗦) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 introduced 𝗖𝗥𝗨𝗠𝗕 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 to members of the 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻—promoting awareness, protection, and the value of cooperative membership.

𝐎𝐂𝐂𝐂𝐈 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲

The OCCCI San Juan Branch participated in a Mangrove Tree Planting Activity on May 20, 2026, at Barangay Pong-oy, in collaboration with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), LGU personnel, Barangay Officials, and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

The activity was joined by OCCCI staff and members, together with community partners, resulting in the planting of 303 mangrove seedlings to support coastal protection, environmental conservation, and biodiversity enhancement.

Through its participation, OCCCI continues to support initiatives that promote environmental sustainability and strengthen community efforts toward a greener and more resilient future.

Nineteen Cluster Management Committee (CMC) Officers came together on May 20, 2026, at the OCCCI Baybay Building for the OCCCI Baybay Branch CMC Meeting—united by a shared purpose of serving members and strengthening the cooperative community.

Beyond discussions and updates, the gathering became a meaningful space for collaboration, planning, and renewed commitment toward programs and initiatives that create lasting impact.

Through collective efforts and shared vision, OCCCI continues to prove that progress begins when leaders come together in service.
