Romblon State University proudly congratulates University President Prof. Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani for being recognized among the Top 10 SUC Presidents in the Philippines who are Scopus Producers and Researchers, based on the GHF University Excellence update dated August 13, 2026.

This recognition reflects your steadfast leadership and commitment to advancing research excellence, fostering innovation, and strengthening RSUโ€™s culture of knowledge and institutional growth.

Congratulations as well to the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, Development, and Innovation and the entire RSU research community for the growing number of publications that continue to strengthen RSUโ€™s culture of research and innovation.

The suspension is declared to prioritize everyoneโ€™s safety amid the heavy rains, potential flooding, and unfavorable weather conditions, as the western part of Romblon remains under Signal No. 2, and Signal No. 1 on the remaining areas.
