We apologize for the inconvenience the rollout of the LTMS has caused. As in anything new and transitional, there are birth pains that we all have to get through. But with your help and cooperation, we are hoping that the next days will gear towards
smoother transactions for all of us.
A meeting was held in the evening of May 5, 2022 in the presence of the representatives of LTO, Dermalog, OICP and PIRA. Discussed were solutions to the issues experienced in the previous days.
Here are the updates as of morning of May 6, 2022.
A. The authentication is back since later afternoon of May 5, 2022.
B. The failed transactions from the past days as caused by several errors was uploaded by Dermalog in the evening of May 5. This means that these COCs have been pushed to LTMS and is ready for use by May 6.
