Rural Bank of Norala,Inc. The Rural Bank of Norala (RBN) was conceived in 1970 by a group led by Dr. Gregorio Limpin, Sr. of Norala, South Cotabato.

Our goal is to become the trusted rural bank of choice delivering innovative products and exceptional service, built on a foundation of financial strength and customer-first values. The very purpose of which was to help the municipality spur its economic development. A feasibility study was then conducted to assess the viability of establishing a rural bank in the area. It was submitted to the Ban

gko Sentral ng Pilipinas, which upon review and deliberation, granted approval to the Limpin family to create a rural bank in July 1970. Hence, the Limpin Family incorporated and operated the RBN since then. Due to the management and financial problems that besetted the bank, the Limpin has decided to sell the bank to the owners of the MUTI Group of Companies in Koronadal City. Despite of the bankโ€™s current predicament, the new owners still muster confident to turn around the bankโ€™s financial operations into a positive bottom line within a short period of time. The potential of the bank, in terms of its revenue generation, is considered favourable due to vast potential of its market and the current development activities within the SOCCSKSARGEN region, in general.

Rural Bank of Norala, Inc. successfully conducted a First Aid and Bank Robbery Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) in coordination with our partners from PNP Norala Municipal Police Station

This activity aims to equip our employees with the proper knowledge, awareness, and response procedures during emergency situations such as medical incidents and security threats. Through this lecture and simulation exercise, we strengthen our readiness, improve coordination, and ensure the safety of both our personnel and valued clients.

Preparedness is an important part of delivering reliable and secure banking services. By conducting regular SIMEX activities, we promote discipline, teamwork, quick decision-making, and the importance of staying calm under pressure.
