Responsibilities
• Assist clients in processing loan applications
• Conduct borrower interviews, document verification, and basic credit assessments
• Maintain accurate client records using digital tools and apps
• Provide professional customer service and client support
• Help promote Goizzi Lending products and services within the community
Qualifications
• Entry-level applicants are welcome
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using mobile apps and basic digital tools
• Willing to undergo virtual and on-site assessments/interviews
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated, trustworthy, and eager to learn
• Preferably residing in or near Naga City, Cebu
2) CI / COLLECTOR
📍 Work Location: Toledo City, Cebu
📍 Assessment & Interview: Virtual and Toledo City
Requirements
• At least High School Graduate; no prior experience required (training provided)
• Tech-savvy; familiar with mobile apps and basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, ChatGPT)
• Street-smart, people-oriented, and resourceful
Fieldwork Responsibilities (CI / Collector only):
• Bank errands, client visits, and partner coordination
• Willing to do fieldwork as required
• With valid driver’s license and ability to drive is an advantage.
