PUBLIC ADVISORY

The LTO Muntinlupa District Office will be open on July 25, 2020 Saturday, 8am to 5pm, for renewal of motor vehicle registration, with priority for remaining unregistered ending 3, 4, 5, whose extension of validity is given until July 31, 2020.

All PETCs under the Muntinlupa GAOR will be also OPEN during that day for your EMISSION CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS.

Be reminded of STRICT OBSERVANCE of QUARANTINE PROTOCOLS (Wearing of Facemask, Thermal Scanning, Misting and Sanitizing) while inside office premises.

Beginning 3 August 2020, all LTO sites shall only accept and process Student Permit (SP), New Driver's License (DL), and Additional Restriction Code (RC) applications / transactions with driving course completion certificates issued by LTO-accredited Driving School, their authorized Driving School Instructors / Administrators, and by the LTO-Driver Education Centers (DECs) in LTO Offices, which are electronically transmitted to the LTO-IT System, as detailed below.
