Setting boundaries doesn’t mean you are selfish.
It means you are taking care of your mental and emotional well-being.

Minsan natatakot tayong magsabi ng “no” dahil ayaw nating makasakit o makadismaya ng iba.
Pero tandaan: you can be kind and still set boundaries.

Healthy boundaries help people understand:
• what is okay
• what is not okay
• and how to respect you.

Hindi lahat ng hinihingi ng iba ay kailangan mong ibigay.

Protecting your peace is not selfish — it’s necessary for your well-being.

Feelings Are Not the Enemy

Your emotions are not problems to erase.
They are signals to understand.

Anxiety may be telling you something feels overwhelming.
Sadness may be asking you to slow down.
Anger may be pointing to a boundary that was crossed.

Hindi masama ang makaramdam.
Ang mahalaga ay matutunan natin kung paano ito haharapin nang healthy.

Instead of pushing your feelings away, try asking:
“What is this emotion teaching me?”

Awareness is the first step toward healing.

Progress, Not Perfection

Healing is not about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming healthier — little by little.

Minsan akala natin kailangan big transformation agad.
Pero kadalasan, growth looks like small steps:

• Choosing to rest instead of overworking
• Saying no without guilt
• Having one honest conversation
• Showing up even when it’s hard

Progress is still progress — kahit mabagal.

Be patient with yourself.
Hindi karera ang healing. It’s a journey.

It’s Okay Not to Be Okay

You don’t have to pretend you’re strong all the time.
Hindi mo kailangang itago ang pagod, lungkot, o bigat na nararamdaman mo.

Healing begins the moment you stop pretending and start being honest — first with yourself.

It’s okay to pause.
It’s okay to admit you’re tired.
It’s okay to ask for help.

Hindi mo kailangang buhatin lahat mag-isa.
