Transparency and accountability remain central to how FILRT advances its sustainability journey.

As the Philippines' first sustainability-focused REIT, FILRT has voluntarily obtained independent third-party assurance of its ESG disclosures by DNV, reinforcing its commitment to credible, reliable, and globally aligned sustainability reporting.

This milestone also reflects FILRT's proactive approach to enhancing its ESG reporting practices, including the completion of a physical climate risk assessment in 2025 to support its transition to the SEC's adopted IFRS S1 and S2 sustainability disclosure standards ahead of the required compliance timeline.

By continuously strengthening its sustainability reporting and governance practices, FILRT remains committed to responsible business operations and transparent disclosures for its stakeholders.

Gatestone has leased nearly 3,500 square meters of Grade A office space across the 6th and 7th floors, with operations commencing on January 1, 2026. This expansion marks a key milestone in the company’s continued global growth and reinforces the Philippines’ position as a strategic hub for multilingual customer experience services.​

FLX, a leading coworking space joint venture of Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) and KMC Solutions, in collaboration with Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), gathered valued brokers and industry partners for Bridging Markets: Brokers’ Night 2026 – Leveraging Network Advantage last April 24, 2026.

The evening centered on strengthening partnerships, sharing market insights, and exploring opportunities within the evolving office sector. Discussions covered current office market trends, shifting occupier requirements, and the growing importance of flexibility, sustainability, and operational efficiency in today’s workplace environment.

FILRT’s Grade A office portfolio in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa, was presented during the event, together with the broader office portfolio of Offices by Filinvest across key business districts in Metro Manila and provincial locations, highlighting strategically located developments that support business growth and long-term value creation.
